The Founder

One flight to London started everything

In 2022, R. Parker — a licensed Dubai broker with a growing off-plan practice — flew to London to meet a single client who couldn’t travel. He arrived with a suitcase of floor plans, DLD transaction data and honest yield models. The client bought. So did two friends he’d invited to dinner. The roadshow was born on that flight home.

The thesis behind Better Parker has never changed: international investors deserve the same data and access as locals. Not glossy brochures and inflated projections — the actual numbers a Dubai insider closes on. Launch allocations, developer pricing, per-square-foot movements and the projects we quietly advise against.

Today the house operates in eighteen cities, but every briefing still runs the way that first London dinner did — one table, real data, and an advisor who answers for their advice long after handover.
